Looks interesting. Gonna grab this once I found a decent minijob to upgrade my student budget.
Quirky art style. It definitely pops out on the home page.
Might be that it's actually glass! Glass reflects whatever is next to it, so it kind of looks like something in a bubble!

Just looking at it the way I'd recreate it is through marching squares. Sebastian Lague has a video on the topic. The adding some noise to the vertecies to make it more worbly.

I cannot figure out how to get wood/grow a tree. Can I get a bit of help
You have to unlock the acorn to get a tree. If you feed a snail leaves you should get the missing ingredient.
